We look for long seasons to maximise the income, and desirable places to stay, because we cherry pick the best for our own pleasure.

We are contracted to the developers directly and they pay us for a) qualified leads and/or b) completion of the paperwork to land you a wonderful investment.

They set the sale prices, not us. If you contacted them directly, you would eventually end up with the same purchase contract but with more hassle getting it. They pay us to be of service to you. Answering your questions, getting the right paperwork delivered, arranging inspection trips, taking deposits and ensuring you have a point of contact to help you arrive at the right decision for you.
